At the end of a 2.64 mile long avenue lined with chestnut trees and flanked by grazing deer awaits Windsor Castle a truly magnificent sight.
The truly breathtaking aspect of this pic is just how well concealed the modern developments of the town are from this angle. There's literally a large town to the left of the tree line and a Macca's and a Nando's less than 50m from the West gate of the castle grounds, which would be on the left of this picture, More on reddit.com

How long does it take to walk over the border to Detroit, and back again?

I'm about 99% sure you cannot walk over the bridge or the tunnel as well.

The 2.64 mile long arrow straight avenue known as the Long Walk at Windsor Great Park. The avenue is lined with chestnut trees and flanked by grazing deer.

This fantastic picture was taken on the 4th September 2017 by Colin Roberts. Colin can be found on most social platforms under the handle 'thegoodly'.

About this picture Colin said: 'I checked the weather forecast so I knew there was going to be mist and got up very early. But this is the best [photograph] I have got so far.’

About the Great Windsor Park Deer: The animals, introduced to the 5,000-acre park south of Windsor by the Duke of Edinburgh in 1979, now form a 500-strong herd that ranges freely.

The Long Walk and Windsor Great Park – Windsor Berkshire
Charles had previously spent time at Versailles and wanted to remodel Windsor in a similar flamboyant style. The Long Walk was just one aspect of his improvement plans. Later in 1710 Queen Anne had a road constructed down the centre of the tree lined avenue so that coaches could head out into the park on a comfortably smooth surface. A little way down from the Castle, the Long Walk is crossed by the Albert Road (A308) to old Windsor.
