How much does Yamaha P35 cost these days? How much to sell it for?
It's an earlier version of the P45. So look up what a P45 sells for in your country. A used P45 will probably sell for about 50-70% of what a new one is worth, and then considering the P35 has less features and is an extra ~8 years old, it's probably worth half of that again. So it's not going to have much value, probably like $100-$150 USD. But then again many people don't know what things are worth and they love the Yamaha brand so maybe someone will buy it for $250 +. If you sell it and then buy a mid board I don't really see how you'd be any further ahead. The P35 would work fine with midi. More on reddit.com

Far less than you hope for, far less than what it feels like it should be worth, is always the answer. DPs lose value very fast because they are constantly replaced by better, newer, cheaper options. Put yourself in a buyer's shoes: what would you do with the money you're asking for it, if you needed the best DP you could afford? With all the options out there, especially on the used market, can someone find something better for less? Probably! Also BTW keyboards with less than the full 88 keys are not going to reach the market for pianists and piano students. It's a different audience (bedroom producers, gig musicians maybe, etc).
