Going to buy a new condominium unit and we are designing it ourselves so I’m wondering if there is a website which provides these measurements - like how much space to leave between kitchen counter and kitchen island etc - that’s not google. I’ve tried and each website seems to vary in measurements. Is there an industry standard?

Hire a professional, this is why we exist. Its worth it man, you don't want to live in a house with a bad layout, and like, I went to school for 5 years to learn how to layout a floorplan. Its not something as simple as "leave X distance to walk through." Seriously, you WILL regret not hiring a professional that does this stuff day in day out.
