I’m trying to purchase something online - I moved funds using PayPal to Apple - using the links that are in the website of the company I wish to purchase from. But then when I go to pay, I try to pay with Apple Pay and it says I have no money - in Apple Cash… But I can see it in the Apple account. What am I missing? How can I move the funds into Apple Cash?

Apple Account is not the same as Apple Cash. Apple Cash is a debit card, tied to Green Dot Bank. Apple Account is litteraly juste an Apple Virtual Gift card which you can use to buy stuff at Apple Store or any Apple Digital Storefront (App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV, iTunes Music Store, Apple Books, Apple Podcasts, etc...). You can't move the money, purchasing a gift card is final, you can't "sell" your gift card to get the money value back
