How to set up Samsung Wallet?
If you have a supported device, you should have Samsung Pay or Samsung Wallet already installed on your phone. If not, your phone may not have the latest software, so you should first download any software updates that may be available from the Settings » About device OR the Settings » Software update menu on the phone. You can also visit the Galaxy Store to download Samsung Wallet.
Samsung Wallet setup
1. Open Samsung Wallet, and then tap Continue. Update the app to the latest version, if prompted.
2. Login to your Samsung Account or create a new one.
3. You may be prompted to grant permissions required for Samsung Wallet to run. Tap Allow when prompted for any mandatory permission.
*Note: Samsung Wallet requires "Phone" permission to verify your identity and secure your wallet. To understand how Samsung Wallet uses various permissions, please navigate to 'Wallet > All tab > Settings > Permissions' in your phone.
4. Review and agree to the Samsung Wallet Terms of Service.
5. If you registered one or more biometric methods such as fingerprint or iris for your device, you will be prompted to verify it. If not, you will be prompted to register a biometric. Follow on-screen instructions to setup or skip it.
6. Enter a PIN for Samsung Wallet, and then enter it again to confirm.
Samsung Wallet setup is now complete. Add a card to start making payments with Samsung Wallet.

Like the title says, how do you actually add funds to that card? There's a promotion going on where you can get a $10 cashback reward if you make 2 or more purchases. I want to do the promotion but in order to do so I need funds on the card.
When I go to the 'Add Money' section, I can pick the amount but then it tells me to add a debit/credit card. When I add a card, it tells me that card is already in Samsung Pay (because it is) and then returns to that screen. If I add a card that is not in Samsung Pay, it adds successfully but then still returns to that screen.
Any suggestions?

Adter 3 months of calling with samsung customer support i have learned a few things about samsung pay cash card. The first is that funds must be added via either A. A credit or debit card with another bank, B. Direct disposit from an employer. You cannot add funds directly from a bank account. Hope this helps.
