I purchased football tickets and through the email I’m given the option to add the tickets to my Apple wallet. I’ve never used this at all, and I’m having trouble adding them. Once I press Add, it just takes me to this page and I can’t do anything else. All I making a silly mistake ? Do I have to set something up before I use wallet?

SOLVED. I went to the App Store to see if I needed to download an app, clicked on Open, and it took me to the Wallet with my tickets. The weird thing is that I don’t have an icon on my phone to click on for the wallet , but if I search for it it takes me to my tickets. Weird. Thanks all!
