when I go to the website, it tells me to manage my account on the App.
when I go to the app, it tells me to manage the subscription on the Apple TV
When I go to the Apple TV, it tells me I signed up on the website, and to manage the subscription on the website.
I’m stumped here. I have never seen anything like this before. I physically can’t cancel my subscription. I also can’t do it through Apple, as it doesn’t show up in subscriptions. What do I do?

I’ve had the same issue for almost 2 years now. After I canceled my subscription through the App Store I noticed that my paramount+ subscription was still active even after the expiration date. I then tried canceling it through the paramount website but it would referred me to do it through the App Store which I already had canceled. After almost 2 years I’ve yet to be charged and still have an active subscription. I’m not bending over backwards to stop it.

I would look for a phone number on the paramount+ website that you can call and just explain your issue to whoever you talk to. Hopefully they will be able to help you out from there.
