We need to remove a Family Member account from our YouTube TV app on our Roku. We had no problem doing so on the YouTube TV app on our Fire TV. We navigated to the list of Family Member accounts in the YouTube TV app on our Fire, and highlighted the account to be removed. Below that account an X appeared. We navigated to that X and clicked it and got the option to remove the account, which we did, no problem.
But, in the YouTube TV app on our Roku, instead of an X, we got a sprocket symbol. And when we clicked the sprocket symbol, the only option we got was to turn on or off the account switching option on YouTube TV startup and to sign out of our current account. No sign of the remove account option. Where is that located in the Roku YouTube TV app, please? Thanks!

From a browser, head to tv.youtube.com. If you aren't signed in, click on the "try now" or whatever link. Sign in with your Google account. Click your icon in the top right to manage your account. Click on "Settings". This should bring up a list of your YouTube TV subscriptions including the base plan. Click on "Manager" next to base plan and that will take you to a page to either pause or cancel your membership. Click Cancel and you'll see a confirmation with a date that your subscription will cancel (end of the current billing period). I didn't have any issues when I canceled my parents' subscription a few weeks ago doing this. I know you can't do it from the mobile app on Apple devices though, for example. Has to be a browser.

Remove your payment method. A few days after it doesn't clear it will cancel on its own. Easiest cancelation ever. I'm not joking either. I had a problem once with an account and it didn't clear and after a few days they killed my subscription. Couldn't even update my payment method. Called them and they said I had to sign up again like a new customer to get service again.
