Capacitors in your inventory might be the way to go, since I think you could stack them at least. If your pack's got creative flux capacitors they cap out at 250k rf/t for each one. Or you could stack up a bunch of wireless chargers and stand nearby. More on reddit.com

In general it’s sound like youre early game, I generally recommend investing in a digital item storage, for that you need power so by doing that you could unlock a mod with charging

Try wireless charging with Flux network? You can disable the limits so it'll dump basically all the power it has access to very quickly. I'm not actually sure what the RF/tick is.

So, the infinity drill from industrial foregoing has a max charge (and level) of about 9 quintillion RF. You need to charge it at the order of billions of RF/t to reach that in a human lifetime, but even draconic evolution's charger says it only charges at 1 million RF/t. Does anybody know what chargers from what mods have the capability that I need?

Do you have flux networks? You could put one on an output of a mekanism induction build with wireless charging enabled and stack the ultimate cells that enable about 13m rf/t transfer per. I think that would work but not positive!
