Hi, I am new to Jabra.

So I just bought a Jabra Elite 75t, so far it is working great on my phone. Now I know that the earbuds allow connecting to 2 devices so I want to try it (1 for my computer, 1 for my phone). But I can't find any instruction to do that.

Can somebody give me instruction?

Update: I found an instruction for Jabra 65T, it works on my Elite 75T connecting to my work Windows computer (but I can't make it work on my home Ipad)

Turn off bluetooth on the already connected device if the Elite Active 75T is on:
Press and hold the right earbud just until you see red
Press and hold the right earbud again just until you see blue
While the earbud is consistently flashing blue, go to the bluetooth menu on your new device and find the Elite Active 65t under other devices
Pair with the second device
Put the earbuds to their charging case
Turn bluetooth on the already connected device back on If the device is off

here is how I did it.

I connected to the first device as usual. Once connected to the first device turn off Bluetooth on said device. now go to the second device. Press and hold both buttons on your ear buds for about 6 seconds until you hear the voice prompt in the buds telling you how to pair again. Make sure the second device is scanning for devices and complete the pairing process. once you get confirmation turn blue tooth back on for the first device. you may have to put the buds back in the case. once you put them back in your ears you should hear the notification saying 2 devices connected. if they dont connect automatically to both devices just go into bluetooth settings and choose the buds to connect them manually.

Whenever I do this to pair to my laptop, it no longer properly connects to my phone. It will pair but does not get recognised as a headset and audio still comes out of the phone speakers.

Disclaimer: Whichever device is the one you're using for the assistant make sure that you pair it last. That will be what I refer to as the second device. Place the right earbud in your ear. You will keep it there throughout the entire process. So starting from the point of having the first device paired and connected you turn off the the right earbud by long pressing it. While keeping the earbud in your ear you long press it again until the earbud says it's ready to be paired. Then you go into the Bluetooth settings of the second device and pair and connect. It'll say device connected. Once it pairs and connects to the second device you might have to reconnect to the first device. Once you reconnect the first device the earbuds will say two devices connected. You're finished. Now going forward if the earbuds are in range it'll connect to both devices. It's really stable once you establish connection.

I use these earbuds on my android phone, windows 10 pro laptop, garmin watch and samsung tv. Everytime I switch devices I have to reset the buds to factory settings and delete them from the device then re-pair them to get a connection. FYI I am turning off the bluetooth on all the other devices when I try to connect. Anyone else have this experience?

When you turn your headset on, it starts looking for the most recently paired device and then goes down the list until there are 2 active connections. If you are having problems getting the right device to pair, try one more factory reset and then start pairing your devices in the order of least important to most important. In your case, we might pair the TV, the Garmin, the laptop, and then the phone. Make sure you aren't resetting after each pairing by holding the button too long! It's also important to note that our headsets are not officially supported on devices other than cell phones and tablets, and those unsupported connections may be causing a challenge.
