You'll need the Lightning to USB Camera adapter from Apple and then connect your microphone there.

Depending on the microphone, you could require an external USB power source. This is normally done by adding in a powered USB hub.

Note that this might not work with your specific microphone. It works with some USB microphones, but it is not really supported hardware by Apple.

How to Record Professional Audio on an iPhone with an External Microphone — Mediashi
January 22, 2021 - Note, however, that for several higher end condenser microphones like the Blue Yeti, you’ll need to add a powered USB hub into the mix because the iPhone cannot pass along the 48v of phantom power you’ll need. The other great thing about this setup is that you can pair the Apple adapter with another simple USB audio adapter to connect any TRS microphone plug to the iPhone and still have a headphone out port for monitoring audio.

Any experience connecting a USB mic (like a Blue Yeti) to an iPhone?
I've used a USB mic with an iPhone using a lightning-to-USB adapter like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07W92Q529/ref=as_li_qf_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=dreamunity333-20&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B07W92Q529&linkId=dc8093d012182be70e142b5f7c30e1c6 The mic plugs into the USB port of that adapter, and I connected a lightning power to the other input of the adapter. That power is used by the mic. It took a few plug-and-unplug cycles for it to catch, but once it was on, it worked fine. More on reddit.com
