So I turned on TPM through my BIOS but I have no option to turn on Secure Boot. (even after rebooting)
I have an MSI motherboard, for me it should be under Settings\Advanced\Windows OS Configuration, and finally on that screen I can select to turn on Secure Boot.
This is what it should look like, but I don't have the Secure Boot option, I only have "Fast Boot" and "MSI Fast Boot"
I can confirm I do have TPM turned on and it is TPM 2.0 (I confirmed it through the cmd, device manager, and the TPM management tool). I can confirm I'm in advanced mode in my BIOS, the option is not being hidden, secure boot isn't where it should be. I'm using firmware TPM, not hardware. I have an Intel CPU.
I have an MSI Z370 mobo and an Intel Core i3-8100 LGA 1151 CPU. I have a single NVMe Drive, the partition style is GUID.
Thanks!

Hi Mason,
My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.
Unfortunately a secure boot may be turned on in BIOS only.
Please describe your PC configuration to understand why you cannot see BIOS screen.
Did you use any converter to connect a dislpay?
