How can I unlock my Apple ID without a trusted phone number and password?
Someone stole my Apple ID and changed the trusted phone number. How do I regain access?

It seems like Keychain doesn't store your passwords. But if you have manually stored it in Keychain, you can go to Keychain Access and search for 'ismsa.apple.com,' then double-click and select 'Show password' to see if your password is there. If you're using macOS 12.2.1, you can follow these steps.
Step 1. Go to Applications > Utilities.
Step 2.If the lock icon at the upper left of the window is locked, unlock it. Enter 'applied' in the search box at the upper right.
Step 3.Find and double-click 'appleid' in the resulting list.
Step 4.A small window with tabbed choices for 'Attributes' or 'Access Control' will appear. Make sure 'Attributes' is checked.
Step 5. At the bottom left of the Attributes tab, select the box labeled 'Show password.'
Step 6. Enter your computer login, and press 'Return.'
Step 7. Then, you will see your Apple ID password.
Idk how odd this question is but I thought it would be saved in the “passwords” section, but it doesn’t seem to be. I don’t see it saved anywhere but I’m not sure where to look.
And yet when I sign in through safari, I can just sign in to my Apple ID with my passcode.
I tried to change it but it said I have to be in on at least one device to do so. I wasn’t really instructed from there on what it needed me to do. Please help.
Model: iPhone 11. IOS 17.5.1
I am hoping to upgrade my iPhone XR soon. I want to be able to transfer my iCloud to my new phone - I am already logged into my iCloud account on my current phone and just want to know how I view my iCloud password without resetting it, so I can log in to my account with my new phone. Is anyone able to help me with this please? I have looked on settings but can’t see how to do this.
