Idk how odd this question is but I thought it would be saved in the “passwords” section, but it doesn’t seem to be. I don’t see it saved anywhere but I’m not sure where to look.
And yet when I sign in through safari, I can just sign in to my Apple ID with my passcode.
I tried to change it but it said I have to be in on at least one device to do so. I wasn’t really instructed from there on what it needed me to do. Please help.

I am hoping to upgrade my iPhone XR soon. I want to be able to transfer my iCloud to my new phone - I am already logged into my iCloud account on my current phone and just want to know how I view my iCloud password without resetting it, so I can log in to my account with my new phone. Is anyone able to help me with this please? I have looked on settings but can’t see how to do this.

iOS does not offer to save your Apple ID password. If you're using iCloud Keychain and sign in on an Apple website, Keychain will offer to save it. Outside of that, you can view your Apple ID password if you manually added it to iCloud Keychain, any password manager, a physical password journal, etc. iCloud Keychain can be found in Settings > Passwords
