Dear CJ_MD20036
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.
Based on your description, we understand that you want to know how to find Outlook Web Access and Exchange Web Service URL for the calendar of conference room resource. If you have full access permission, you can open Outlook Web Access for resource mailbox by typing https://outlook.office365.com in browser -->Add your credentials (Username and Password) --> Go to your account manager --> choose to open another mailbox-->Add conference room as another mailbox -->click Open
For the URL of exchange web service for the mailbox, have search at our side and found the URL should be https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx , you can check with this.
Note: If you are not able to access the link of resources mailbox, you may need to contact your admin.
Looking forward to your response.

Click Find to automatically fill in web addresses for Outlook Web Access URL and Exchange Web Service URL.

SharePoint Online Doesn't support Calendar overlay with Exchange web service
Here Microsoft mention on which version of SharePoint applies overlay. In that list "SharePoint Online" is not there.
I have talked with a Microsoft person to raise the issue in Office 365, and he also told me the same.

Years ago, I found a cool web calendar and subscribed to it in Outlook (not Outlook OWA). I have no idea where I found it, and a search and definitive match could take a very long time. I would like to find out where it is coming from and be able to share the URL/information with others.
It doesn't have an informative/unique name, and I can't find any way to view the URL. Am I nuts to think that something controlled by someone else can't be identified? Of course, if is a "bad calendar", I can unsubscribe/remove it, but what if I want to notify the author of a problem or send them a donation?
How do I identify a subscribed calendar?
Thanks!

The same question is answered here:

Yes it's possible. You can sync using Power Automate. The SharePoint Calendar is a SharePoint list with the name "Calendar". It's a simple PowerAutomate workflow with few steps which you can set up in a few minutes. In case you want to use a Shared Mailbox you can sync the calendar from therein when you share this calendar with your personal mailbox. Then you will see it in Power Automate shown as Calendar to retrieve events from.
Please note: SharePoint Item Action in Power Automate doesn't support all SharePoint List field types, e.g. checkboxes like "All Day Event". Nevertheless you can sync All Day Events which will show up with scheduled time 12pm-12pm.
You can also include SharePoint Calendars as SharePoint Web Part e.g. in a SharePoint Page.
Based on your proposal and the first answer, here my working solution, be carreful with datetime format for start and end parameter:
https://outlook.office.com/owa/?path=/calendar/action/compose&rru=addevent&startdt=2021-05-24T12%3A00%3A00-05%3A00&enddt=2021-05-25T12%3A00%3A00-05%3A00&subject=Test&location=Attineos&body=blabla
Following used to work for us
https://outlook.office.com/owa/?path=/calendar/view/Month&subject=Event&startdt=20200608&enddt=20200615&allday=true&location=TBD&body=Author%3a%0aAshish+Narang+(+ashish%40simpplr.com)%0a%0aSummary%3a%0aMy+Event%0a%0ahttps%3a%2f%2fpira-dev-ed--c.visualforce.com%2fapex%2fSiteEventsDetail%3fcontentId%3da0G4N00000bW6LZUA0%26siteId%3da074N00000sAHEzQAO&uid=1584589379044%40simpplr.com
Dear Nico,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
Based on your description, I understand that you have a concern with “cannot find ics calendar link for outlook calendar to sync it with google calendar”. We are looking into the issue, and before we proceed, we need more detailed information about the situation you are experiencing.
Please help us in isolating the issue by providing the following information:
- Which office 365 subscription are you using?
- What version of Outlook are you using?
- Have you tried the steps in Outlook on the web?
In the meantime, in outlook on the web Outlook (office.com) > Click on Settings > View all Outlook settings > Open Calendar > Shared Calendars >In the “Publish a calendar” section, choose the calendar you want to share (if you’ve only got one Calendar set up it will just be called “Calendar”), select “Can view all details” in the second dropdown, and click “Publish.” This will create two links: an HTML link and an ICS link. The HTML link allows people to view your calendar in a browser and the ICS link will enable people to import your calendar into their calendar program.
We look forward to hearing from you, please let me know and provide a more detailed description so we can provide you with more specific assistance. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
