Hi I’m a bit confused on this specific return option with the QR code for kohl’s.
It says there’s a second option to just print the return label but I can barely get the image to load so my option is the code.
If I have them scan my QRA CODE, does it print a label from kohls scanner? And I don’t have to do anything like out a label? I usually just write on top what items which that way I don’t get confused. I appreciate the help

What I do when returning several items with diff WR codes is screen shot the QR code and then make a note on the screenshot with mark up what item is on that code. That way you do it all electronically. But yes it’s just like the UPS store otherwise. Except, heads up, my mom and I have both had several items we dropped at Kohl’s disappear and we never got credit for them (even though we got the return receipt). We live in different states but both had this issue on multiple occasions. For this reason, I only use the UPS store option.
