Well, it says "VT-x is disabled in the BIOS"... so go into your BIOS and enable VT-x?
Doing that varies in the different BIOS'es, for more info google your specific computer, and/or with "VT-x is disabled in the BIOS"

Hello, I'm starting my journey into virtualization and came across two options on the Kali Linux website.
1st is [Installer Image] .ISO file
2nd is [Prebuilt Virtual Machine] 7z file
These are the two files that appear on top after clicking download on the Kali Linux home page.
What is the difference between the two file types?
Is one better or more secure than the other?

ISO - Image of the installer. You boot into the ISO which will allow you to run the setup program to install Kali. Prebuilt VM - Exactly that. A prebuilt virtual machine that has already been configured. You simply "double click" on the virtual disk and it will automatically boot up. Regardless of which one you pick, neither are more or less secure than the other.

The second is easier. It'll be a .vdi file, i.e. a virtual disk. This means there's little to no setup involved. It does differ between VirtualBox and VMWare though, so down the right one.
