Hello everyone, this question is a pretty obvious one and yes I have checked on YouTube but I need help, how you guys install your stable diffusions, and also if my computer capable of doing such task? Any help would be appreciated

Both SD Forge and Swarm UI have easy installations, I personally use Forge. Installing forge: Go to the website, https://github.com/lllyasviel/stable-diffusion-webui-forge then find the download link (has >>> <<< marks pointing to it), then run the updater. The updater will perform a Git Pull to update the program. No messing around with Python, setting up VENVs with Conda, none of that.
