In the 8 minutes 30 second this video takes to watch you can complete the very simple official guide, download a good model and start prompting. Install Python 3.10.6 (Newer version of Python does not support torch), checking "Add Python to PATH". Install git . Download the stable-diffusion-webui repository, for example by running git clone https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui.git . Run webui-user.bat from Windows Explorer as normal, non-administrator, user. Source: https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui#automatic-installation-on-windows I would also advise against adding git pull in the .bat, doing it manually is as simple as opening the sd-webui folder in cmd and typing git pull. Same thing, but you get to control when it happens. If there's an update you know you want, go for it, if everything works fine and you see no reason to update, then don't.
