Add labels to points in drawing and export table with coordinates and labels matching the drawing
How to label several points(corners specifically), of an irregular polygon with its own coordinates?

Hi everyone, I need some help here. Basically, I have this huge urban plan with over 200 independent properties (polygons, mostly rectangular) made in autocad and I need to add points and labels to every property vertex, and then export all point coordinates to an excel table.
My problem here is how to add text labels to each point so that when I export all the points to an excel table, the table also contains the label identifying each individual point so it matches its I.D. in the drawing.
I can add labels and automatically number them from 1 all the way to the last number and export the table to xls, but I don't know how to export the table with that label column. I did search multiple pages and videos already. I did my best to find a solution for this and the only solutions I've found were in Autocad Civil. I am not familiar with Autocad Civil features but still tried to use the trial version to test and I miserably failed because the labels don't show up even when activated and I don't know why.
I need this done by tomorrow even if I have to do it manually, but I'd like to know if there's a way to do it faster and obviously reduce the chances of making an error. Any solution would be appreciated. Thank you!
-I'm haven't the solution online to my problem yet
What I have:
-An irregular polygon drawn with the line tool, all angles are 90°
-They are drawn with the absolute coodinate system specifically
-Software is: Autodesk AutoCAD 2022
What I know:
-I know how to label the length of the sides of the shape but not corners
What I want to do but don't know how:
-Label the coordinate with the format: <Point name><(x, y)>
