I would suggest trying to get any minimum wage job somewhere under the recommendation of a family member or friend. That’s how I got my first job.
If you can’t do that, I would start volunteering and completing free online courses or certifications to pick up a new skill.

Put some hard skills- do you use a computer. If so, if it’s windows based, do you know how to use word? Excel? Access? Someone mentioned art- do you do anything digital? Used Adobe or Photoshop? Can’t post links in here but if you google how to build a resume for teenagers, there’s a few sites that have suggestions. You’ll want to include your school or how you are learning, potential graduation date, gpa. Good luck!

Clubs. Activities. Sports. Then go into skills that you have… Microsoft word, basic web design, beginning Spanish fluency. Then talk about any advances classes you may have take. AP Calculus. If it’s still empty… you need to create the content by starting to DO something. Maybe start volunteering or cutting grass in the neighborhood. Or Get a job scooping ice cream for minimum wage, or anything to start actually creating content for your resume. If available, go talk to your guidance counselor.

Hello, I just need a bit of help. I’ve been trying to get a job for a really long time now and I’m struggling like crazy. I have no work experience and have applied to hundreds of jobs with no response.
I’ve tried no resume, resumes, in person, asking for help from friends etc. I’ve made a few resumes over time but none have gotten me any luck. Should I just straight up lie at this point and put work experience there? I don’t know what to do. My resumes were nothing special either, just general beginners ones.
I need a job desperately and I would appreciate any help or template. Anything. Thanks in advance.
