There are a few addons that add jetpacks so we can't possibly know which one you are trying to make. Just use JEI bro it will tell you everything you need to know

You can check out the recipe in JEI. It requires a pair of elytra and precision mechanisms.

how do you fix the issue of your camera zooming in and out like your going in out and out a sprint while flying? i manage to fix it sometime but i never know what i do and cant replicate it consistently.

If you're on 1.16.4 or higher, there should be an accessibility setting for those zoom effects while sprinting or under a potion of swiftness effect. Reduce that to 0 and see if that helps
