How to obtain the new super green pass.
December 2, 2021 - People who are unvaccinated cannot get a super green pass, which is required for certain activities including indoor dining, cinema, theatre and sporting events. People who are vaccinated or have a certificate showing recovery from Covid within the past six months won't have to do anything different than they did when the basic green pass was all that was required for these activities.

FAQ - Italy Green Pass
Do I have to wait two weeks after my second or booster dose before my vaccination certificate is valid in Italy for super green pass purposes?

No. Eligible equivalent foreign vaccination certificates in Italy follow the same standards as those imposed by the Italian health ministry for green pass purposes. In Italy, a vaccination certificate is valid starting on the 15th day after the first dose through until the second dose, and then validity continues immediately starting from the date of the second dose and remains valid as of the date of any subsequent dose.

Our source for this answer is the Italian government's green pass website (in Italian only) FAQ page. The only timeframe this page states for the 2nd and subsequent booster doses is that it can take up to 48 hours to generate the updated certificate (for the Italian version of the EU Digital Covid Certificate). But in terms of validity, the only time it mentions there is a wait time is after the first dose (14-day wait).

Ciao! I am a foreign student on a temporal stay here in Italy, citizen of the EU and I have 2 doses of Pfizer vaccine older than 6 months. I am wondering if I can get the Super Green Pass, because on some sites including italiapass.com and italia.it there is written that I can have "Super/Reinforced Green Pass" when I get tested. But I cannon find this info on the official website of the Ministry of health (there is stated that just people with booster or people recovered can access the Super Green Pass). S
March 9, 2022 - Sign up to ask questions in the ItaliaPass community and get expert advice and tools for travelers to Italy. ... Hello Kedy. My understanding is that you have to show both things - the vaccination certificate and the negative test result. As far as I know, you can't get these things converted into a super green pass at the ASL public health office, because it is an exception that the government set forth specifically for foreign tourists, so there doesn't seem to be an official procedure.
