I just got the Airpods Pro and my SO has an iPhone, whereas I have a Samsung Galaxy. Can we both use it without having to fully disconnect and "forget" the bluetooth pairing each time from our respective devices?

Hey, sort of yes. I have an iPhone as my daily driver and a Samsung tablet for movie watching and other things. My iPhone will automatically connect to my AirPods but when I use my Samsung all I need to to do is go to the Bluetooth setting and tap the already paired AirPods, and they will connect. The AirPods will tend to auto connect to my Samsung if it was the last used device and I don’t have the iPhone in hand for it to auto connect. Sorry if this isn’t explained very well 🙈
