My Blueparrot B350-XT will not power off if it is paired with my Macbook Pro (2021 M1 Pro). As soon as it is paired, the flashing red light in the power button on the headset goes off, and holding it down does not power the headset off (or do anything at all). More on discussions.apple.com

Well, here we go. Right off the bat, it will not simultaneously make a Bluetooth connection to my two phones. I paired each phone individually and disconnected them prior to pairing the second phone and then tried to have them both connect to the headset at once and no luck. More on reddit.com

I have a B350 and have no issues with it. I'm cheap but decided to spend the extra money because the cheap headset I had been using was uncomfortable both on my ear and on my head (I'm bald, the thin metal band on the cheap set felt awful). I don't wear it all day like some of these guys out here but when I've got it on for several hours I don't really feel uncomfortable or anything. The ear cuff doesn't give me any issues and the metal band is a bit wider than the one on my old set so it doesn't bother me. Can't speak on other brands but I think the B350 is pretty decent. Yes an Android and an iPhone. It's loud and the noise cancellation is fabulous. I use it in loud data centers. Battery life is great. It's not the most comfortable headset out there. I have worn it in a support call for over four hours. More on reddit.com

January 22, 2022 - I have updated my firmware on the B350-XT from 3.33 to 3.40 (I had to use a Windows computer because for some strange reason the MacOS Blueparrot updater had a greyed out Update button even when I was at 3.33). I have also reset the headset by holding the up and down buttons until it goes to pairing mode.

Just ordered a new headset and should have it later today. I have high expectations coming from a Gen-1 b350-XT. I'll be glad to ditch my last micro-USB device in lieu of the USB-C charging of the b450-XT. I also like the idea of firmware updates via the app vs. installing the Updater on a Windows or Mac device.
I'm not someone that keeps my headset on for more than a couple hours at a time, but I'm hoping it wears more comfortably anyway.

Next issue..... With my primary phone only connected, the volume up/down doesn't also control the volume on the phone. If you max out the volume on the headset, you then need to use the volume up on the actual phone vs both of those controls being tied as one.

Everything I read says the BlueParrot is the best noise-canceling Bluetooth headset for truckers. I have heard the B350 is smaller around the ear and starts to hurt after a while, but I am struggling to spend $170 on a headset.
