About two weeks ago, I bought a phone on Amazon. I decided to use up the offer of "create an Amazon credit card and get $150!". I was like "perfect, I'll save some money and pay the card right off!". Then I made the purchase, and then it turned out the Amazon card was somehow affiliated with Chase.
I went to my Amazon account, view statements, and it keeps sending a Chase log in popup.
I don't have anything at all with Chase. Did Amazon open a Chase account for me? Do I open a Chase account on my own and then transfer the Amazon credit card over?
I'm so completely lost. I don't even know if I have interest on it (I know it said before I opened the card but now I can't remember).
I've let two weeks pass by because school just started for me and it's been absolutely crazy, I've been either at work, school, sleeping, or doing homework.
This is getting very stressful especially because Amazon nor Chase provides a clear set of steps of what to do. I can't find any information on how to pay for the card online, if I don't have an account to begin with. any help is appreciated thanks

Looks like you ended up getting the Chase Amazon Prime card instead of the Amazon store card. You just have to create a Chase account for that new card. If it was just 2 weeks ago you should have nothing to worry in regards to interest. Create the account and you most likely see you don't even have a "due date" yet. Relax. Create the Chase account. Than you should be able to pay from there. Or you can add the Chase Amazon card as a "payee" from your bank's website and pay from there. Right now I would just pay from Chase's website until you have things figured out.

I got an offer for the Amazon Prime Visa. We already spend a LOT of money on Amazon and are prime members so it seems like a no-brainer.
The only reservation I have is how to pay the balance on the card. We bank with Bank of America, not Chase.
I have never had a credit card not issued by my own bank so I don't really know how it works.
If I sign up for the Amazon Prime visa, how would I pay it? Would there be any fees since it's money going between different banks?

You pay it like any other bill. You can mail them a check, use your banks online bill pay, or connect your BoA account to Chase and pay through ACH.
