'06 Acura TL has no aux port (came the year later), no BT and wondering what my options are under like $100. Has a cassette and CD player.
Cassette adapter seems to be the most cheap option, but I use an iPhone XR without an aux cord, so would i need a aux to lightning dongle as well?
Car also has a 12v port, and if i wanted to charge and listen to music, i would need a lightning cable with 2 splitter, then a lightning to aux dongle, then connected to the casette?
Your car has an aux port.
It's on the back of the radio. You have to pull the center console to get to the back of the radio. You plug in some $5 thing which has a 3.5mm cable which allows you direct line in.
Go on the forums. There will be info.
Honestly, a good Bluetooth FM adapter does the job most of the time. They are cheap, stick them in the 12v port or lighter slot and leave it there. Only disadvantage is you cant use it when the car is off, but it's fine when driving
