Plantronics Voyager Focus UC in recovery mode

There is a way to factory reset the voyager focus uc using the Plantronics Hub PC software. Connect the headset to the pc using a USB cable and in the Plantronics Hub software select the Voyager Focus UC as the device, then go to menu settings/restore defaults. Once reset you need to power the headset off and on. I had an issue where the headset flat out refused to charge. One red light flashing but no blue lights. I reset the device using the above procedure and it's now charging again 😀. I thought it was broken but now it's alive once more! More on reddit.com

BT700 remove headset

I know this post is old, but I found it on google as I had the same problem so I'm replying in case anyone else stumbles across the problem. You need to reset the settings on each headset, but there's no option in Plantronics Hub, and the reset doesn't work in Lens. You need to install PLT hub on your phone and pair the headset to your phone and then you can wipe the pairing: Got to Hub Mobile Settings Scroll down to the bottom Select Reset Headset.
