My XPS was acting up last week. It was neither charging nor turning on. On pressing power key, backlit keys flickered. But that’s all. I sent it to the official dell service center. Not sure what they did but it’s working fine now. According to officials - they only did normal service. I’m assuming it’s what other user is talking about reseating battery and all.
