Can I ask, do you have this key on your keyboard (see pic below)?
This is the right click key and will right click on selections too.
Let me know if you have. Almost all keyboards have this key, but I'm not sure if you do as you have said you do not have a right click button on your keyboard. So if it is this key you are referring to then this option is obviously not available to you. I had to check though.
Also, you say Shift + F10 does not work? Shift + F10 does EXACTLY the same thing as the Right Click button on a keyboard. You have said this does not work for you? Can I ask why this doesn't work? It should work since the actions are identical to the right click key.

Hi all, I’ve been given a Windows 10 Pro laptop with work, for years I have used macs and a Wacom tablet and have used the ctrl+click to right click. Is there an option to have this shortcut in windows? Seems I can only do shift+f10 and that’s just not practical. Can I adapt the inputs at all to use Ctrl+click on windows?

I do not have right click button on keyboard.
I checked further why Shift + F10 was not working for me. A software had that hotkey. I launched that software, changed its hotkey settings to something different than Shift + F10 within software, and closed the software window.
After that I tried using Shift + F10 on desktop and other applications, and it worked fine this time. Thank You Neil !!
Noob with a Ducky One TKL here.
I love the feel of it - but it doesn't have a dedicated mouse right-click button. I need this button when I'm in my corporate job.
I don't want to take my hands off the keyboard to access the functions of the right mouse click. It breaks my flow and slows me down. I've done some research but feel I'm missing a simple way to do this.
Am I missing an obvious or standard way to do this when you only have a Fn Key?
Some options I've found:

Using AutoHotkey - can assign Shift+F10 to right Alt. This would be satisfactory. But I can't install this on a corporate work computer.

Shift + F10 - this combination doesn't feel natural to me.
Am I going to be limited to keyboards with a dedicated right mouse click button?
