To start a money transfer online from the US to Canada, follow these steps:

1. Set up your free Western Union profile online, then log in.
2. Click ‘Send now’ to start the money transfer process.
3. Enter an amount and select Canada as your destination.
4. Choose your receiver’s preferred payout method and enter their information. Or choose from one of your saved contacts.
5. Use your bank account details or a credit² or debit card to pay.
6. Go to your inbox and check your confirmation email for a tracking number (MTCN). You can follow your Canadian money transfer with this number.
