Hi Mohib ,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble downloading Roblox from the Microsoft Store. If the store says that you already own the app, it's possible that you may have previously downloaded it on another device using the same Microsoft account.
To download Roblox on your laptop, you can try the following steps:
- Open the Microsoft Store app on your laptop.
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen and select "My Library".
- Look for Roblox in the list of apps and click on it.
- Click on the "Install" button to download and install the app on your laptop.
If you're still having trouble, you can try signing out of the Microsoft Store and then signing back in with your Microsoft account.
If the issue persists, one option is to try to install Roblox from the official website. You can click on the link and follow the instructions to download and install Roblox on your Windows device. Roblox Download

Another option is to try to uninstall any previous versions of Roblox that might be on your device. Sometimes, the Microsoft Store might think that you already have Roblox installed when you don't. To do this, you can use PowerShell, which is a command-line tool that comes with Windows. Here are the steps to uninstall Roblox using PowerShell:
- Go to search and type powershell then right click it and select run as administrator.
- Type the following and hit enter after:
Get-AppxPackage *roblox* - If you get something in return, then type the following and hit enter after:
Get-AppxPackage *roblox* | Remove-AppxPackage - Reboot your device and try to install Roblox again from the Microsoft Store.
I hope this helps you to download and enjoy Roblox. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me.
Your Sincerely
Hahn - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
