I'm pretty sure i have enough IQ to do it. But right now I'm getting ebola trying to figure it out... I'm in pairing mode, i can connect to my phone through bluetooth, location is enable and allowed for this garbage app. The app doesn't detect it, can't connect to it, doesn't propose QC Ultra even in their list of products? Wtf did i get into? How did people connect to this app?????

I'm not sure some troubleshooting iOS, but for Android, force close the Bose Music app. Then try again. The app really is garbage. It rarely sees my QC Ultra earbuds and force closing seems to do the trick. Fortunately, you don't need the app once they're setup, unless you're changing something. As a heads up - make sure you get to the firmware/update section in the app once connected and update the firmware. At least on my earbuds, it took forever to update and it disconnected often during the process. It was equally as annoying. But the update really helps some of the connection issues (not necessarily with the app though).

Hey everyone, I was wondering if there's something like the bose music app for windows in order to adjust noise cancellation when my earbuds are connected to my computer. I recently got the QC earbuds and I absolutely love them, and they work perfectly with the bose music app on my phone (Pixel 4 XL) but I was wondering if I could somehow do the same for my computer?

To clarify for anyone searching this up years later. If your Bose device uses the "Bose Music" App, you can still use your phone app to control the EQ and other settings while the device is also connected to your PC.

I downloaded the Bose Connect and now customer support says I can no longer use my amazon music which is where all my songs are. I'm a bit older... if someone would be kind and help me see the light.

So the customer support person had no clue what she was talking about. I connected the headphones to bluetooth, and just select a song from my Amazon music list and it works fine. Crazy....

What headphones do you have? You might need the Bose Music app to get them firmware updates. Connect is for older products

You have to actually start your music from the app, not speaking telling Alexa to play whatever. But FIRST you have to tap the speaker image in the lower right corner, then select your Bose speaker, go to the music you want to play and you’ll see a “Set Preset” button...go from there.
