you can set modes and temp ranges for them, although it is easier (and less audibly annoying) to just have a single ramped curve that hits these points at your desired temps. Answer from ImGoingSpace on reddit.com

To use manual control instead, select the "Manual control" checkbox from the menu of any control card. Speed sensor pairing is the first step to configure a control. It will give the control context as to how it is operating at any given time. Pairing is required for calibration.

r/buildapc on Reddit: FanControl by Rem0o, how to set up?
July 17, 2023 -

PC spec:

  • Air Cooling - Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM (13 fans)

  • Liquid Cooling - Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360

  • GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080

  • CPU - Intel Core i9-12900K

I would like to set up 4 modes with the following parameters:

  • Silent - 450 RPM

  • Standard - 970 RPM

  • Turbo - 1480 RPM

  • Full speed - 2000 RPM

How do I do this and what temperatures (triggers) should I choose?
(want the modes to switch automatically depending on the temperature)
