r/excel on Reddit: Am I Using The mode.mult Formula In The Correct Way?
December 6, 2019 -

So I have numerical values from cells B2:F17 and I want to find the top 5 most common numbers in my dataset. I am attempting to use J2:J6 to put my results into but the only problem is that it's coming up with the same number 5 times! I am putting in this formula =MODE.MULTI(B2:F17) and then pressing ctrl, shift and enter at the same time (the cells that I want the results in are highlighted) but it's coming up with all the same number. What am I doing wrong? Apologies for being a complete noob with this. Any help is appreciated :)
