So I have a desktop Chillblast which uses ASUS BIOS on Windows and I can now use Afterburner but I don't understand how to use it. I know overclocking can increase clock cycles and all that but I don't feel like I know much about it.
Any tips?

You don't need to understand, higher number = higher fps. Core clock it is like overclocking a cpu, speeds operations/calculations per second. Memory clock is like ram, overcloking makes data needed for calculations accessible faster. Voltage is food, if you want to make it work more it needs more food, same with power limit. Curve editor it is more complicated so better for me and you to leave it alone. Core clocks are set by the manufacturer to safe limits (all chips will like the core clock at voltage), because they cannot control what 1 chip like(core clock at specific voltage) others won't. Did you want to know this or something other than that? You need to be more specific
