How the hell do I use an existing image and turn it into a video?
I added following prompt. So it fixed continuety problem to some sense. But sometimes people in the image has few movements or adds unwanted characters or switches to a very different camera perspective. You need to explain how all people or items exactly moves. ---------- Prompt ------------- "Use this exact image as the initial frame and maintain its composition, style, characters, objects, and environment consistently throughout the entire video. The camera should not switch perspective or introduce new angles unless naturally motivated, and the original lighting, mood, and spatial layout should remain unchanged. Ensure that all visual elements from the reference image—such as character positions, clothing, facial details, background architecture, and atmosphere—are preserved and evolve naturally if needed, without sudden alterations or design inconsistencies. Do not introduce new characters, objects, or environmental changes. The animation should feel like a seamless continuation or gentle movement of the reference image—not a transformation. The goal is visual continuity and temporal coherence. You must match the reference image’s color palette, proportions, perspective, and artistic details exactly." More on reddit.com

Im new to Sora, coming from Kling, but when ever i put in a prompt, the output is wild. it does crazy things, nothing that I ask. What way should you set a prompt to try keep control of the output from image to video?

I use this process - first create an image or have a reference image, then I have a GPT set up that is explicitly for improving prompts. I describe what I want and include the image to it, then I take the output and the image and feed it into sora. It still takes a lot of trial and error.

Look up camera & filmmaking prompts, like what camera movements are called and things like that. Explain things as clearly as possible. Also be weary about using celebrity names, nsfw things, copyrighted stuff . . Sora is pretty strict on that altho ive found some pretty good NSFW workarounds 😈

I've had some success using Runway for turning images into videos, but don't use it anymore. But Sora seems to be not working for me at all. For example, I want do to do this. There's an image of a workspace, bookshelf, monitor on a table, etc. I want Sora to show a video playing on the monitor, and then have an element from that video (like a cat) emerge from the screen and onto the table. Sora doesn't seem to be able to handle this multi-stage generation. Is this something Sora can even do, or am I asking for too much?

If you haven’t tried Selendia AI 🤖 yet, give it a look.
