So I created a label through UPS.com and never created an account. I used PayPal to pay for the label. I am trying to void it but have no idea how to manage the label. I tried creating an account using the same email address I used as the shipper but there is no label in my shipping history. I have zero control over it other than an email in my inbox that links to the shipping label.
I created a shipping label online as a guest. I checked out at $118, and they charged my card $155. I decided to just deal with it when I went to drop off the package, but the store said I had to call UPS to fix it, and I said I would just cancel that label if they could make me a new one because they said it would be cheaper (it was only $95). Now I'm trying to void this label but I created it without an account - and when I created an account under the same email it's not showing in my shipping history. I've talked to 5 different reps who keep transfering me - help!

Hi guys, I created accidentally a shipping label, I want to void that to get a possibile refund, but I can't have a "Shipping History" if I don't have an account and then I can't void it and get my money back. I created an account now, there is a way to link this shipping to my account so I can cancel it? Thans guys.
Hi! Today, I created a shipping label via UPS, and I wanted to update the weight of the package, in case that would affect the price of the shipping label. In attempting to do so, I voided the shipping label.
Then, I stumbled across this page: https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/shipping-support/void-shipment.page
There, it says that "packages that are created using a payment card such as a debit or credit card are not eligible for voiding through the Void a Shipment tool."
I had paid by credit card and was able to seemingly void the package, as I can no longer access the page to print the shipping label. Is there any way to un-void the shipping label? If not, will I receive a refund to my credit card?
Finally, I have already printed the shipping label. Would it be possible to use the shipping label, despite being voided?

resolved: after calling the billing center, the rep stated that created shipping labels appear as pending charges on a credit card. Since the shipping label was voided, there will be no charge to the credit card.
Sorry if this has been asked many times before. I guess you could say this post is me seeking clarification.
Today, I was preparing a package I was ready to ship. I prepared a label and just needed to print. I payed for the label and was just trying to figure out how to use my printer (since it was my first time using it). The page refreshed and I had to do the process again.
I was also preparing a trip to the mall with a friend. And when I went to check my account, I noticed a good chunk of cash was gone. I checked my recent activity and saw that I was charged twice for the label (including the first unused attempt). When it was time to drop my package off, I asked my local UPS about this. They said I could call UPS (they gave me a #). OR, I could just wait until the unused label expires.
I am thinking of calling in tomorrow morning to ask. I unfortunately didn't have an account when printing, and it's been confusing going on the website and trying to figure out billing and all that.
Would y'all recommend that I call in, or simply wait for the label to expire?
