I just got them this christmas. Am very happy with them, but they're my first galaxy buds and i can't figure out how to properly insert them into my ears. They seem to always stay somewhat uncomfortable (even painful after a while). I tried all three different sizes of rubber tips but they don't really seem to go into the ear canal. What am i doing wrong? Is there an official guide for this? I googled and couldn't find anything.

I know this is a dumb question but i cant figure out how the right way is anyone know how?
The official Samsung guides/graphics/videos say to place in your ears and twist upwards. I get that this is how they are intended to be worn and allows the Lives to sit shallow, letting in the most ambient sound.
However, after getting my Lives today, I've noticed that inserting them deeper and twisting the earbud downwards (similar to how I wear my B2P and nearly every other pair of silicone-tipped wireless earbuds) gives a much deeper and fuller sound (with almost too much of a boomy bass).
I realize that this method is NOT the way Buds Lives are intended to be worn, but even with the deeper insertion and twist down method, the outer mic is still exposed and doesn't have any issues.
How do all of you wear your Buds Lives? And how did you decide what size to use? Every single size seems to fit in my ears, even the silicone-sleeved versions that I got from Amazon.
Not sure which size is best.
