I have larger sized ears and I get the best fit when the buds live are inserted deeper into the ear canal. Very different from how Samsung showed we are supposed to use it. It looks like the one in their video where one of the microphone is blocked because it's in too deep. However, when I wear them like that, I get the best sound. It does not hurt my ears either. I guess because we all have different shape and size ears, some of us may need to wear it deeper. I seldom use my buds for calls so I don't really care if one mic is blocked. The official Samsung video got me all confused as the wrong way per the video is the only way they remain snug in my ears...

When inserting them, ensure that you put the lower portion of the buds into your ear first. so aim the speaker into your canal, with the top of the bud(the silicone portion) point almost at your eyes. Once the speaker gets into your ear a good bit, rotate the bud slightly upward. You should almost feel the buds lock into place. Just got myself a pair of these earlier today and couldn't be happier for the money I spent on them.
