I've uninstalled and reinstalled the omen command center on my omen It has a driver that controls all the functions that if not found on a computer that is eligible to have them The command center would prompt you to a website where u can download them. It is a hp website More on reddit.com

September 27, 2020HP Command Center: Performance customizations are not shown on the HP Spectre x360 - 2024 model.
The myHP app is extremely elusive for some reason. I was able to redownload it from https://support.hp.com/za-en/document/ish_7449949-7450003-16 . I already had the SDK pack for HP Command Center installed, not sure if that makes a difference, but opening the app from a clean install, it functions just as it did on the factory image. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else has issues locating the myHP app after a clean install. More on reddit.com

January 3, 2021 - ok fun fact. the link you provided me had the intel xtu sdk in it, which installed a service that the HP Command Center was relying on to run. I've been making system restores the entire way on this issue, so now all i had to do was download the actual intel xtu app (which wont be too useful) and then the HP CC from the microsoft store. Tadah! I'm learning to NOT trust anything in those softpacks(paqs?). Last windows 10 install, i went ahead and installed all the ones for this laptop...

Has anyone had an issue reinstalling the HP Command Center? I have an Envy 15T-EP00098nr (2020) that I was having sleep issues with. Uninstalled HP Command Center to see if that was the culprit and now it won't install using the executable from the HP Support Software and Drivers page for the device. Installed states that there is a entry missing in the registry.

Hi, do you have windows 10 1909 or windows 10 2004?, if you have windows 10 2004, maybe you have problem with the WDT (Wachtdog Driver Timer). Do need to following this steps: Reinstall HP Command Center: Install SDK: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101501-102000/sp101661.exe Restart Install HP Command Center: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/hp-command-center/9p92n00qv14j?activetab=pivot:overviewtab Restart If you have windows 10 2004, it's possible that WDT has been updated, to solved this you need to following the next steps: For solved the sleep and hibernation issues: Go to Device Manager View --> Show Hidden Devices Find in System Devices the hardware "Intel(R) Watchdog Driver Timer" Uninstall with the option check "Delete the driver software for this device" Restart Go to Device Manager, and repeat the process until the hardware "Intel(R) Watchdog Driver Timer" has been disappeared. Now... you can try again the sleep option. I will hope this work also for you...
