I got this printer back in March of this year. I opened the original packaging and set up the printer to make some flyers for a garage sale. Everything worked fine at the time. After the garage sale, I packed up the printer into its box and put it away for a few months. About a month ago I unpacked it again so my fiancée could print some labels, but when it printed there were problems. I also tried to print on normal paper and it still has this problem. I already tried cleaning the cartridges multiple times, and it made no difference.
I tried realignment, and that didn't work either.

This seems to be a color cartridge problem. Take the color cartridge out and wipe the print head with tissue paper. Make sure the tissue paper shows cyan, yellow, and magenta colors. If the cartridge is not dry, it will show all 3 colors after a few tries. After that, insert the cartridge back and try a test print. This normally happens in inkjet printers if you don't print at least once a week.
