I got this printer back in March of this year. I opened the original packaging and set up the printer to make some flyers for a garage sale. Everything worked fine at the time. After the garage sale, I packed up the printer into its box and put it away for a few months. About a month ago I unpacked it again so my fiancée could print some labels, but when it printed there were problems. I also tried to print on normal paper and it still has this problem.
