I am having some issues with an HP 250 G8 laptop (4K803EA). The pc, when turned on, has the LED on but stays on a black screen. I opened the computer, and noticed that the fan spins for a few seconds after pressing the power button but then stops. I tried swapping ram with a working one taken from another laptop but nothing happens.
The only thing that seems working is the HP Bios Update utility, that I can open turning on the pc while pressing Windows + B keys, as described on HP website. It seems to complete flashing the bios with no errors, but then still no boot. I tried putting the bios files on a USB drive as well.
Any clue on how to solve this? Thanks.

See if this helps just make sure there are no external devices are connected to the laptop and use the AC power. I would try #4 from this why? Because I experience the same thing that you’re experiencing only realize my boot sector wasn’t set to boot from the hard drive. If your laptop won’t boot, try these troubleshooting steps: check the power supply and battery, perform a hard reset, remove external devices, and check for BIOS issues. I'm trying to play Valorant and Vanguard is requesting for me to SecureBoot my device in order to play. When I turn on my laptop, It starts with "HP Secure Start" and turns on. It has written, In the left-down corner that pressing ESC takes you to BIOS but It doesn't. I tried pressing F10 as well but it doesn't work. In fact, I tried probably 20 different methods including disabling Secure Start via Terminal, didn't work. Whatever I'm spam pressing during boot time, It doesn't affect the startup and It just turns on my laptop normaly and displays Windows. I cannot access BIOS whatever I try.
Any tips or solutions?

Sometimes if we had issues seeing the boot/BIOS options we'd remove the power supply then remove the main battery (not the CMOS battery), wait a few moments, then hold the power button for about 20 seconds, HP would call this a static discharge or power discharge. Then release the power button, connect the battery and the charger, see if the F10 or Esc options work then.
