How many pages are you getting? I bought a new 8028e from Costco, chatted and called HP today because my ink was gone. As of this morning, I had only printed 24 pages. After troubleshooting, my total page print count is 27. 19 black and white and 8 "color". They told me that each new printer comes with setup cartridges that are not full of ink. They offered a 15% discount on new cartridges or one month free of their ink subscription service. The "color" pages I printed included some emails with some blue text and then a few clean/align prints that now show as color prints. If this is what I should expect, I am taking this thing back. So frustrated now, trying to do invoices and end up spending over an hour with HP and 5 mins for this loosely veiled rant post :)
