Does anyone have experience with this model? I've struggled to find reviews or even specs from HP online. It sells for $749. Is this a good deal (or a suspiciously good deal?) for 16gb memory, 512 ssd, a 15.6 inch touchscreen and an i5 processor? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I am a college student, and I don't plan on using it for gaming.

Pretty late but ive been using this laptop for almost 2 years now and it's amazing and looking at your use case id say go for it since i can run valorant 100+ fps on medium graphics settings. And at the time I purchased the laptop there was a deal going on where it was $200 off so it might come back.
