Where can I download the "Realtek Audio Manager"
Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.
You need to install the Realtek driver developed by HP specifically for your laptop.
Go to the support area of the HP website (Link below) and search for your laptop model. Then, download and install the latest Realtek driver.

If you can't find the correct driver, send a screenshot of your system information.
- Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.
Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.
Feel free to ask back any questions.
