I use Dreamweaver at my work and though its site-managing features are useful, the simple act of editing a webpage makes my brain bleed. I looked into Rapidweaver but it looks like there's no way to just edit a single page without making a "Rapidweaver site" out of it.
Any other ideas?

WYSIWYG Web Development is dead.
For good reasons
Coda has to be my favorite, but I picked up Espresso from MacHeist last year. After using it for a few projects I can say that it's pretty good, too.
Both applications are from great developers. Panic, the guys behind Coda, also make Transmit โ which is a fantastic FTP client. MacRabbit also develops CSSEdit, which is a great WYSIWYG CSS Editor.
TL;DR: Coda is amazing on its own. CSSEdit compliments it nicely, and Espresso is a suitable replacement to Coda as long as you use it with CSSEdit.
Of course, this is all my opinion. Download the trials and decide for yourself.
EDIT: You're right about RapidWeaver โ it's a site management application. Think of it as an Offline CMS. It's great for quick updates, but I haven't figured out how to create themes yet. There's a manual for that, and I haven't got around to learning.
