Turns out there are 2 problems

The motherboard was shorting with the case, once removing a few screws , the board was able to boot

The 2nd cpu is not recognized without another 8 pin, so I do need to get an adapter

Hi everyone, I am currently having an issue with this new board I got, after my old one died due to VRM issues (RAMPAGE V EXTREME), so I got a X99-F8 from HUANANZHI, due to the sheer amount of PCIe slots present. I got a HPE (Emulex) SN1100E controller, and it doesn't play nicely with the UEFI on this board. It's an AMI, and when I have CSM enabled, it is stuck on POST code B2, while if I have CSM disabled, it gives me a POST code of 92 instead. Any help would be appreciated to get my system to boot with this FC card installed. Thanks!

I purchased 2 E5 2650L V3 CPU from China, also bought Huananzhi X99 F8D motherboard from China which supports dual Xeon E3 CPUs. Once I put everything together and press power button, nothing happens. If I press the power button on the motherboard , it quickly displays "FF" then no more.
This motherboard has 24V also two 8 PIN power, but the PSU I bought only has one 8PIN, so I tried to take off 1 CPU, however still the same issue. Then I use another computer, and put 8PIN from that PC into the motherboard as well, but still nothing.
I am wondering what could be the issue here.

You need to buy an 8 pin eps splitter - power must come from the same psu. It’s easier to boot with both cpu’s using both 8 pin connectors. If needed just use 1 or 2 sticks of memory for each cpu to to verify that it can boot, but first try it with all memory sticks.
