Don’t be fooled with this Canadian company that looked super trust worthy because they were on Shark Tank. DO YOUR RESEARCH. I thought my case was bad enough. Now I’m seeing people waiting over a year for their product. Here’s my story. I purchased in august and was thinking I’ll receive it in a month. Max. (I was wrong obviously) I couldn’t get an email back from them, so I decided to go onto their website and try and contact them through the online chat. I’ve stated it’s been since august, (it’s now December) and their response ; “Your order is on ‘back order’ and we aren’t sure when you’ll be receiving the product”. I asked for a full refund and cancellation of the order, they responded. “you can’t cancel the order or get a refund, UNTIL you receive the order then you can ship it back within the 100 days”. What if I never receive my order? Some people on Reddit said they waited over a year…

This is really frustrating that I ordered this as a gift, they have taken my $181 dollars, and I still haven’t gotten what I’ve asked for. Take my money and then ghost me via email. No customer service agent is willing to help, or force a refund. Don’t waste your time or energy. It’s a scam.

Looks like the owners Aaron and Lior are living lavishly on Instagram tho. 🙂
